1. Agreement to Terms

By using RankUpBids (rankupbids.lol), you agree to these Terms. All listings are subject to real-time public ranking based on confirmed bid payments.

2. Payment Finality

Your rank is applied once the payment gateway confirms your bid. Payments are processed by third-party gateways and, once confirmed, are final except where our Refund Policy or applicable consumer-protection law provides otherwise. Ensure the target URL and metadata are accurate before submitting.

3. Listing Availability & Moderation

We reserve the right to remove, hide, or ban any listing that violates safety standards, contains malicious content, or misrepresents identity.

4. Lifetime Sponsor Slots

"Lifetime" sponsor placements remain active for the operational duration of the RankUpBids platform.
