Your rank is applied immediately once the payment gateway confirms your bid. Because the ranking is a live, competitive ledger, confirmed bids are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer-protection law.

2. Overpayment & Manual Resolution

If a transaction is flagged as paid_over or wrong_amount, our administrative team reviews the transaction within 24 hours to issue top-up invoices or manual refund adjustments where appropriate.
